Digital Service and B2B Sales Only<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Diet Engine licenses are digital services provided remotely. No physical goods are shipped, and therefore there is no \u201creturn\u201d in the traditional sense.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Pet Nutrition Pro and Diet Engine are sold exclusively to customers purchasing in the course of a business, trade, craft, or professional activity.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>During checkout, the Customer confirms, through a single mandatory declaration, both the B2B nature of the purchase and that the Customer has read and accepted the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.petnutritionpro.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Consequently, purchases made through the website are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal granted to consumers under the Italian Consumer Code.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Before Purchasing<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>The Pet Nutrition Pro plugin can be downloaded and installed free of charge so that customers can verify compatibility, configuration, and the operation of the features available without Diet Engine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Starter plan, when available, also allows Diet Engine to be activated on one domain for a shorter period than the annual plans.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Before purchasing, we recommend checking the technical requirements, WooCommerce configuration, and whether the service is suitable for your operational needs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Final Purchases<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Except in the cases expressly provided for in this Policy, B2B purchases are final and non-refundable in the following circumstances:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>the Customer changes their mind after placing the order or after activation;<\/li>\r\n  <li>the service is not used or is used only to a limited extent during the purchased period;<\/li>\r\n  <li>commercial results differ from the Customer's expectations;<\/li>\r\n  <li>the Customer's website is discontinued, migrated, or transferred;<\/li>\r\n  <li>incompatibilities are caused by themes, plugins, customizations, or Customer configurations that do not prevent the service from operating in an environment that meets the stated requirements;<\/li>\r\n  <li>the license is suspended or revoked because of a violation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.petnutritionpro.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Cases in Which a Refund May Be Granted<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.1 Service Cannot Be Activated<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>If, due to a technical issue attributable to Boma Software, the license cannot be activated on the domain correctly specified by the Customer and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the affected license.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.2 Substantial Malfunction That Cannot Be Resolved<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>If Diet Engine experiences a malfunction attributable to the Provider that substantially prevents the Customer from using the purchased features, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period after it has been reported, Boma Software may grant a refund for the unused portion of the service, calculated proportionally based on the remaining license period.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>To allow the issue to be investigated, the Customer must first report the problem to <a href=\"mailto:info@bomasoftware.it\">info@bomasoftware.it<\/a>, providing at least the domain name, a description of the issue, the steps required to reproduce it, and, where available, the versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and any relevant error messages.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Issues caused, for example, by incorrect product configuration, unsupported modifications, incompatible themes or plugins, the Customer's hosting environment, the Customer's network being unavailable, failure to keep the environment updated, or use of the service contrary to the instructions are not considered malfunctions attributable to the Provider.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.3 Duplicate Payment<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>In the event of a duplicate charge or duplicate payment for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.4 Incorrect Plan Purchased Before Activation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>If the Customer promptly reports, before activation, that a different plan was purchased by mistake, Boma Software may cancel the order or convert it to the correct plan, applying any required price adjustment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.5 Permanent Discontinuation of the Service by the Provider<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>If Boma Software permanently discontinues Diet Engine before the expiration of active licenses and does not provide an equivalent replacement solution, the unused portion of the service will be refunded on a proportional basis according to the remaining license period.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n  <li>Send an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@bomasoftware.it\">info@bomasoftware.it<\/a> from the email address associated with the order.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Provide the order number, business name, affected domain, and reason for the request.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Provide any technical information required to investigate the issue when requested.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<p>Boma Software normally provides an initial response within <strong>5 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Approved refunds are issued, where technically possible, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, normally within <strong>14 days after approval<\/strong>. The actual time required for funds to appear in the Customer's account depends on the payment provider and the Customer's financial institution.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Where required by applicable tax regulations, the corresponding credit note will be issued. The license or portion of the service covered by the refund will be deactivated.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>6. Complaints<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>For disputes or requests that have not been resolved, Customers may contact <a href=\"mailto:info@bomasoftware.it\">info@bomasoftware.it<\/a>. Whenever possible, Boma Software seeks to resolve disputes amicably.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>For the applicable law and competent jurisdiction, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.petnutritionpro.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>7.
